2010-2011 Real Estate Mandatory Update (Course #9911)

Must be completed by real estate licensees who wish to renew thier licenses on active status in June 2010 for the 2010-2011 license period. It also must be completed by licensees who have a continuing education deficiency from the preceding license year before the licensee may activate his/her license. This course was developed by the staff of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and is provided by Commission-approved sponsors and instructors. This four hour course will include three hours and twenty minutes (200 minutes) of classroom instruction, 30 minutes of breaks, and 10 minutes for general instructions and other administrative matters.
